From Craven Arms [11 miles]
Take the B4368 road towards Clun. After about 4 miles turn left in Purslow at the
Hundred House pub, sign posted Leintwardine. After 1½ miles take the right turn for the
Llan and Cwm. Follow the lane for 2 miles and then take the left fork for Cwm and
Obley. After the fork you will pass Cwm farm on the right, by a sharp left turn; then two
houses on the left. One of the houses has concrete mushrooms in front! 0.6 miles after the
mushrooms you will see the entrance drive on the right, at the bottom of a dip in the road.
Go through the metal gate and up the roadway, past the barns, and then bear left.
From Knighton [8 miles]
Take the A488 from Knighton towards Bishops Castle. After 4.1 miles turn right at the
hamlet of New Invention. After 1.6 miles (just after Chapel Lawn) turn left towards
Obley. After 1.2 miles fork right. After a further 0.8 miles the gate for the cottage is on
the left in a dip in the road. Go through the metal gate and up the roadway, past the barns,
and then bear left.
From Clun [4 miles]
Leave Clun travelling towards Craven Arms. After 2.1 miles turn right at the Crown Inn
in Clunton. After 1.3 miles fork back sharp right at the sign to Cwm and Obley. You will
pass Cwm farm on the right, by a sharp left turn; then two houses on the left. One of the
houses has concrete mushrooms in front! 0.6 miles after the mushrooms you will see the
entrance drive on the right, at the bottom of a dip in the road. Go through the metal gate
and up the roadway, past the barns, and then bear left.

From Bucknell [5 miles]
From the A4113 take the B4367 into Bucknell. Cross the level crossing. Almost
immediately turn left, sign to Chapel Lawn. After 2.3 miles turn right at a Neighbourhood
Watch sign, just after a small post box on the right. After 1 mile turn right at the t
junction, sign to Obley. After 0.7 miles fork right. After 0.8 miles you will see our gate
on the left. Go through the metal gate and up the roadway, past the barns, and then bear
left.
